THE SOFTENING
A five week somatic movement journey
November 10th - December 8thAs the nights draw in, there is an invitation to focus inwards and connect deeper with ourselves. Our bodies are asking to slow down and soften. The Softening is five Tuesday evenings of slow, feminine guided movement and rest to settle your nervous system, melt what you’ve been carrying, and bring you back home to yourself.

The Five Week Journey
Week 1: Soften the armour
Unwind what you’ve been holding. Let your fascia soften and your body remember how to melt..
Week 2: Return to your own energy
Discover the power of your own limits. Learn the language of your own yes and no and come back into your own energy.
Week 3: Move through the mud
Make room for the feelings you’ve been holding back. Let what’s heavy move through you, slowly and expressively.
Week 4: Re-ignite the creative river
Let desire, play, and creativity flow again.
Week 5: Melt into pleasure
Let your body be a place of warmth, sweetness, and ease.
About Anouk
Hi, I’m Anouk, a somatic life and career coach, trained in leadership and embodiment coaching.
I walk alongside sensitive, ambitious women who are ready to reconnect with their body’s wisdom and stop overriding their own needs. My work is trauma-informed and led by the nervous system, with slow, feminine somatic practices to help women come home to themselves. When we slow down and soften, our capacity for confidence, creativity and aliveness grows.
I live in East London with my partner, two daughters, and our puppy - and I love cycling, dancing, and long, soul-nourishing conversations.
